Does Telerik reporting support end user report authoring?

I have to create a report authoring tool, where user are able to define what would be the column and row, and how the data would be filled, similar to pivot table. Basically to provide users with authoring feature where they can specify how the report would looks like and save them as template. And we providing them the data fields. Is it possible to use telerik reporting to enable such feature?

End user designer feature is in our TODO list and would be implemented for a subsequent version of the product. You can find more info in this forum thread.
