Hello Zhou,
Currently the Spreadsheet widget does not offer image insert / upload functionality. If you thin that such feature would add value to the widget, I would suggest you to cast your vote for the following Feature request.

kendo.ui.Spreadsheet supports picture uploading now

I save JSON in the database , Read JSON from database next time, In JSON,drawings recorded picture infomation,but how can i save the picture when i save JSON? Thanks

Hello Zhou,
Could you clarify the scenario in question? By saving the picture do you mean to save it as a separate file? If that is the case, this is not supported by Kendo UI Spreadsheet. Pictures are part of sheet's data and are saved with that data.
