Thank you for writing.

RadGanttView provides out of the box capabilities to localize of its strings. Please refer to the following documentation article for detailed information: RadGanttView | Localization.

Currently, a right-to-left layout is not supported. This documentation resource gives information about the localization and RTL capabilities of our controls: Localization and Right-to-Left Support.
