Hello Jürgen,
Thank you for writing.
The tab items of the DocumentWindows in RadDock have a predefined shape applied (TabVsShape). You can change it by using the RadDockEvents.TabStripItemCreating event. Additional information is available in the last section of the following help article: http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/dock/object-model/customizing-tabstrip-items
If you have any questions related to using the Telerik UI for WinForms suite in the OpenEdge environment, you will have to submit your further requests in Salesforce via SupportLink:
https://progresslink.progress.com/ Thank you for your understanding.
I hope this information helps.

Hey Dess,
for me it works fine, but I have another problem. Overlapping tabs.
Is there any option or event to set?
Regard, Marc

Find it by myself :)

Hello Marc,
Thank you for writing.
I am glad that you have found a suitable solution for your case. Indeed, setting the Margin property is the appropriate way to achieve spacing between the tabs.
Should you have further questions I would be glad to help.
