I noticed a Dock panel control for silverlight but not for WPF? Can I use the silverlight control in an XBAB or WPF applications?

Hello John,
RadDocking for Silverlight can be used only in Silverlight applications. We will port it to WPF in our next release, Q3 2009, which is scheduled for the beginning of the winter.
