Displaying distinct records in grouping

Hi
How can I get distinct records in grouping?
ie. I have the following report that is displayed.

Co. Number          Date
---------------          ----------------
111                       2011/12/01
111                       2011/12/02
111                       2011/12/03

222                      2011/12/07

333                      2011/12/09

I want it to display as follows
Co. Number        Date
---------------        -------------------
111                     2011/12/03

222                     2011/12/07

333                     2011/12/09

showing the latest record for each Co Number
