Hi jam ban,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we do not support that functionality at the moment. But we plan to add it in some future release. You could inherit from RadScheduler class and override the method OnMouseWheel in it instead of calling the base method if ActiveViewType of the scheduler is Month. I hope this helps.
