RadDesktopAlert resides in Telerik.WinControls.UI assembly. After installation, the component together with all other controls and components should be automatically placed in your toolbox. Please take a look at the toolbox, where you can find RadDesktopAlert, drag it to a form and use the instructions from this article to customize and use it.
