Hello Jeya,
Could you send us a screenshot to show us which highlight exactly you want to change? I am not sure I understand your question since you have mentioned the highlight proeprties and than asked for another higlight proepry name?
You could go to the installation folder of Telerik / RadControls for WPF and find the ScheduleView.xaml. For example on my computer it is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\RadControls for WPF Q2 2011\Themes\OfficeBlack\Themes\Office\Black\ScheduleView.xaml
There you could search for the default style for the highlight items.
