Hello,
The attached screen shot shows some differences between the report exported in Excel format and PDF which is not a known issue. Which is the version of Telerik Reporting you use? Do you create/modify a report programmatically?
The major difference between those two formats is that when report is exported to PDF it will be paged according to the rules described in Understanding Pagination help article.
In Excel format, there is no paging, the entire report is rendered into a single Excel worksheet.
