Hello, Sathya,
Your question has already been answered in the support thread you have opened on the same topic. However, I am posting the reply here as well in order the community to benefit from it.
In order to change the "Type a message" text in the input box you can set the ChatElement.InputTextBox.TextBoxItem.NullText property to the desired string. As to the three dots of the right side you can hide it by setting the ChatElement.ShowToolbarButtonElement.Visibility property to Collapsed.
