Two questions into one....
1: Can I customize the style of the scrollbars when using the scrolling/zooming features
2: Can I make it so that the width of the bars are fixed?
I'm trying to make a chart where there are a larger number elements that can be scrolled through (keeping the Y-Axis fixed).

Hello Mike,
1. Unfortunately the current version of the control does not allow easy customizing of the slider. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
2. The bars width depends on the chart size and the number of data you want do display using RadChart. With AutoRange set to true (this is the default value) you will not be able to fix it because the available space is equally divided among all the items and this logic is part of the core infrastructure of the control. However, you can set AxisX.AutoRange to false and call AddRange method with the desired MinValue, MaxValue and Step. Now the axis will be fixed, so the space for the bars will be fixed too.
