Hi Nabil,
Certain aspects of the Gantt can be customized. For example you can use your own template and display the desired task information in a way different than it is shown by default (see the Task Template demo). You can also style different elements with CSS, for instance you can color the rows in the timeline table differently then they are colored by our the Kendo UI themes. For other non-css-related customizations we suggest checking out the Gantt's API, an example of such is adding a custom button in the Gantt's toolbar.
Achieving heavier modifications that completely change the feel of the widget might require source code modifications.

So the kiecensed. User can have modifications in tge source code if needed? The telerik professional service team does that?

Yes, you can modify the source code and extend widgets (see this article which explains how this can be done) if you need to achieve custom behavior that cannot be achieved through configuration or through using methods from the API. And yes, our Professional Services do provide guidance and assistance in such modifications.
