Is it possible to make a custom toolbar, with different icon images, etc. and drop downs similar to the one outlined in the article for the Web ReportViewer (custom-toolbar-for-the-web-)?

Hello Damien,
It is not possible to customize the default toolbar of WinForms viewer. A solution can be to create your own UI to handle the functionality of the viewer and if necessary set the ToolbarVisible property to false to hide the built-in toolbar.
