The described visualization is not supported by the RadScheduleView control. You can only position child group headers aligned under their parents. The group examples of RadScheduleView in the demo application
demonstrate how to define groups. For example, you can check the Custom Grouping or Filter Sub-group Headers samples. I hope this helps.
Alternatively, you can try to achieve a visualization similar to yours by positioning custom elements showing the 12-12AM information above the scheduleview control. However, in this case you will need to manually calculate the size and the position of the custom elements.
