(1)I have used mobilethemebuilder http://demos.kendoui.com/mobilethemebuilder/index.html , but is' s only for phone not for tablets , not have splitview widget ,how to custom splitview ? add navbar and splitview left side parting line like native widget ,see my attach pic

The splitview itself is just a layout view manager and container, and it does not provide any styling by itself. You may consider applying the styling in question the side view itself.
In case you consider the Android theme unsuitable for your project, you can customise it using our themebuilder, or force an iOS look on Android too. As an alternative, you may also look into the unified mobile flat theme available with our recent Q2 beta.
