We want to add a Progress control to our reports, and haven't found a way to do it. I have a attached an image of what we would like, but if that's not possible if you can please guide us on how to get any kind of progress control in the reports.

Hi Harsimrat,
This could be achieved using a polar graph item. Please find a sample report definition that demonstrates the scenario attached. Based on a report parameter value, the progress bar loads.
The report is created with Standalone Report Designer and could be opened with version R1 2019 or higher. Still, we have gauges report items in our backlog for future versions of our product.
