Thank you for the provided image.

If I have correctly understood your scenario, you want to add custom controls inside the header of the RadWindow. If this is the case, you could use the HeaderTemplate property of the RadWindow. This way, you could create your own header for the RadWindow. You can check the Window Header help article of the RadWindow. Give this article a try, and let me know if it works for you.
