Thank you for this question.
If your goal is to export RadGridView data, we have a module designed to bridge WinForms RadGridView and Telerik Reporting. Then you can export in various different formats, including PDF. Its usage is very simple. Please review the following resource for details:

Unfortunately currently we do not offer any general PDF creating component.
