Hello, I'm using CellFormatting event to convert TypeId's to the more human friendly text (Type name). However if I copy value (CTRL+C or access cell value via code) I get original (unformatted) value. Is there any way to get formatted cell text ?

So, anyone got an idea ? Or should we create new models filled with formatted values for all the telerik grids ?

Hello Simonas,

Thank you for writing.

MasterGridViewTemplate introduces two methods appropriate for customizing the Clipboard data: Copy and Paste. Our Copy/Paste DisplayMember for GridViewComboBoxColumn KB article demonstrates a sample approach how to customize the Clipboard data.

I hope this information helps. Should you have further questions, I would be glad to help.
