CoordinateSystem is not available in Series in Telerik report web designer tool

Hi Telerik,

We are working on the Web Report Designer tool.We are not able to select the created coordinateSystem as show in the attachment.

As seen we have created the 'polarCoordinateSystem1' but when we try to access this in series then we are not able to find this value in coordinateSystem  drop down in series.

Request to provide the solution.

Hi Vikram,

I tested with our online demo Web Report Designer and with the demos that get deployed with the installation of the product. The available coordinate systems were discovered successfully in both cases - see this screenshot.

It is strange that the option in the CoordinateSystem dropdown is 'SeriesGroup'. Which version do you use? I tested with 14.1.20.618. Can you send us a runnable project that demonstrates the issue?

Version being used is :14.0.20.219.

This issue is occurring in both trial and licensed version.

Hello Vikram,

The observed behavior is a known bug fixed in version R2 2020 (14.1.20.513) - The CoordinateSystem editor in graph's Series shows series groups instead of available coordinate systems.

You need to upgrade to Telerik Reporting R2 2020.
