The RadTileView control can host many RadTileViewItems. Each RadTileViewItem may contain a number of different controls in its Content as well as in its Header. You can examine this demo example (TileView/Features/DifferentSizes demo) where the RadTileView control is declaratively populated with items in XAML. Each RadTileViewItem contains different controls in order to represent different content.
