Thank you for been interested in our controls and demos. The panel that you are interested in is a custom developer panel. You can find it as a ConfigurationArea and the Style used from it is located in the QuickStartTheme project.

Hi,
This control is developed especially for the online examples and is not supported as the regular RadControls. You could see how we use it in the examples source code, which is freely available - you could open the solution from the start menu shortcut if you install RadControls for WPF.
