Hi dear Telerik Team,

I have a problem with the positioning as context menu.

I would like to show the menu at mouse position. But it appears somewhere else.
See screenshot. The mouse was over the green box.
The screenshot is taken from your xaml examples.

Mouse and MousePoint have the same problem.

How can I solve this.

Hello Markus,

Thank you for the provided picture.

I tested the described scenario, however I was not able to replicate the observed on your end behavior. I am attaching a video demonstrating my tests.

Can you elaborate on your Windows settings? For example, have you increased the DPI? Can you try opening a normal WPF Popup? Does it exhibit the same behavior?

I am looking forward to your reply.

Hello Vladimir,

I elaborated my Settings. But everything is standard.
And the popup works like expected.

Still have the problem with RadialMenu

Regards

Markus

Hello Markus,

Thanks for the update.

I was able to reproduce the described behavior when using the following Windows setting: How to Change Context Menu Position from Left to Right in Windows. When the Handedness is set to "Right-handed", I was able to observe the behavior you described.

Can you check this setting on your end and try setting it to "Left-handed"? You can also use the approach suggested in following article: Change Windows Handedness Settings in Code Behind.

I am looking forward to your reply.
