Telerik Reporting has not been designed to be a "reader" - on the contrary it allows you to prepare and export your data to various export formats. So the answer to your question is that we cannot read and re-use PDF files (i.e. use PDF files as report definition or include it in existing report). What you can do is prepare a report to look like your PDF document and combine it with your existing report in a ReportBook.
