combobox doesn't work in ipad

Is possible to set a combobox editable property to false? I tried it but, it doesn't work.. the problem is when I open a combobox in my ipad is impossible to select an option.. that's getting crazy! .. and the same thing occurs with datepicker

This is a known issue and it is already addressed. The fix will be available in the next internal build (note that internal builds are available only for customers). Unfortunately there is no simple workaround for this issue.

Hello Mark,

This was an issue that was fixed even before Q1 this year, so you can have the same issue only if you use Q3 2011. Can you elaborate which version of Kendo UI are you using and how exactly does it break in iOS?

Actually, I'm only using Telerik Combobox (Q3 2011 w/.NET Framework 4.0).  I'm not using Kendo UI.  I didn't catch/realize they were seperate things. Sorry for that. I was experiencing the same problem with the combobox as posted here.  When the dropdown list is displayed I cannot choose any of the items on an IPad.  It does nothing.  Works from my windows 7 desktop with Safari, IE, and chrome. I'm going to the same web site url.  Should I update to Q1 2012 or is this specific to the Kendo UI only?  I couldn't find any forum posts related to this except here.

Can you open a separate support ticket for this case. Please attach a sample page that you use to test on iPad. It doesn't need to be a complete project or a complex page -- the simplest possible page will do.
