If i wanna use the grid in excellike, is there any body who have made an search and replace in a column for multiedit?

Thank you for your questions.
There is no ready to use solution, but I think that you may implement a custom logic for that - a search window, and code logic that searches each cell for specific value and replaces it if there is a match.
