Column menu: give user the chance to lock/unlock columns

I would like to give the user the chance to lock/unlock columns via the column menu.
The column menu shows the "lock column"/"unlock column" options automatically, when there are at least 1 locked column, but i´d like to show those options when there are no locked columns at all.
