I had developed a Winform app with using Telerik RadGridview before.
All clients use it without any problem.
But a few days ago, a client called me and told that it crashes anytime when he/she clicked any row in gridview.

We haven't thought that it could be related to telerik dll because any other clients use it successfully...
So we made a thorough search on net and tried any cause/solution possibilities but it didn't work out.
Even, we made the client format the machine and installed the system fresh again but after a short time, it started to crash...

The most interesting side of the issue is that it happens only whenever i click, double-click or select any row in radGridview...
it just crashes and try to close the app directly...

I use version of Telerik components which is bought in 2008, i believe

The error is very odd! couldn't think any solution to overcome...

What can i do to work the app out? Urgent help, please???

The event log of the machine shows me the below error log:

    Windows Error Reporting

sorry, the problem signature is not accurate as above. I couldn't get it from the client machine while typing this problem so I found similar error definition on net.
But Problem Event Name, Problem Signature 01, 04 and 09 are definitely same. So I believe that the other parameters are not too important.
If you want the detailed and the accurate log definition, I can get and type here in no time...

    Hi Mustafa,

    Thank you for writing.

I found a couple of articles which you might find helpful on the matter:
    1. "Program" has stopped working Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 - Windows 7 Help Forums
    2. (Solved) - Problem event name CLR20r3 « How-To Geek Forums

It appears that this problem is purely Windows/.NET related.

Nevertheless, if you cannot find the solution in these articles or similar I would recommend to you to send me a sample runnable project which I can investigate locally. You should also provide me with any specific OS details, so I can get as close as possible to the real scenario.

Let me know, should you have further questions.
