Hi Einar,
Your screenshot refers setting an Image for a RadButtonElement in RadRibbonBarChunk. This is possible with RadRibbonBar. It is demonstrated in our HelpDesk sample application which you can download from your Client.Net account. You can also observe this feature in the Quick-Start Framework application, section RadRibbonBar. This application could be found at Start >> Programs >> Telerik >> RadControls for WinForms [version] >> RadControls for WinForms Examples.

thank you very much, but isnt it possible to set it via Properties Window?
i can only set there the CollapsedImage, and i dont know what it is..
