child gridview export

Hi !
I have a a hierarchical grid . When I try to export to excel , the excel spreadsheet is empty.
Do you have any example for this, please? For a simple grid, the export is running just fine.

This is a known issue of our Q2 2010 release. However, it has already been addressed the latest service pack. Please upgrade to Q2 2010 Service Pack 1 and let me know whether you experience any issues.

You can download the latest version of Telerik controls through the download section of your account (Your Account >> Downloads >> RadControls for WinForms). Let me know if you still have any difficulties to find the right version for download.

I thought first the service pack is a separate package like sp's from microsoft.
