When a CheckboxGroup is included in an HTML form, the built-in reset function does not work for the checkbox group, unlike the individual checkboxes, as demonstrated in the following link: https://dojo.telerik.com/ureSOHoB.

Thank you for reporting the behaviour.
I have opened a new bug report in our Feedback Portal where you can track its status.
As a workaround you can consider using the Kendo Form as its built-in Clear button resets the CheckBoxes.
