Hi there guys and gals. There appears to be a problem with bool field(check box) in kendo grid. When you click on a bool field, a check box appears and when you click on the check box to change it from true to false and vice versa, it doesn't change. But when you click on the check box field and then press the space bar, then it changes. This is probably a bug.
example, try changing the Discontinued field in the grid

Hi Chinonso,
I have tested the demo that you are referring to in different browsers and in all of them clicking on the checkbox changes the value. Could you please elaborate on which browser you are observing this problem?

I noticed the issue in Opera 49,Chrome 62.0.3202.94,FireFox(Quantum) 57.0

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. i was out of the office for a while. i used Windows Step Recorder to capture my screen and my keyboard and mouse input.

I have downloaded the latest Opera and everything is working correctly. However, I have noticed in the step recorder log that when you are testing in Opera the click events are showing that you are clicking on "Chrome Legacy Window (pane)", which is most likely what causes the problem on your end. You could test on different machine and see if the same issue could be replicated.
Meanwhile, you could check out the following page that I have found for "Chrome Legacy Window" issues:
Additionally, you could try to remove the legacy browser support extension:
