Thank you for contacting us. To customize the alignment of the check box in RadDateTimePicker, please click on the Smart Tag of the RadDateTimePicker and then on the Edit UI Elements link. When the Element Hierarchy Editor opens, please select Telerik.WinControls.UI.RadCheckBoxElement. You can change the Alignment property to MiddleCenter. For further customization, you can set values to the Margin property as well. This will allow you to control the precise position of the check box.
