Hello All,

I have started exploring the different types of charts. Mainly, I am looking for Pie and Bar charts. I have attached the razor file. I would like to create the charts like images.

What are the legend settings available to create the chart in the same manner for Pie chart?

How can I fill the bar with the data level and the rest should be transparent?

Let me know what are the solutions available to create such charts.

Thanks!

Hello Murugan,

1) You need to use legend.labels.template in order to achieve your goal with the pie chart legend.
2) How can I fill the bar with the data level and the rest should be transparent? -- I can't understand this requirement can you clarify?

Hello Hristo,

Please refer the attachments which has the expected output of Pie and Bar chart. Also, I have attached the Kendo Chat output which has white spaces in between the pie. How can I get rid of the white spaces?

You will get a better picture when you see the bar chat sample attachment.

Thanks,
Murugan

Hello Muragan,

I the attached picture I see that you have some exploded slices. When you set explode to true you will have a slice detached from the others(like in this online demo). Could you try to remove explode field from your chart configuration? You nee

I examine the pictures and I still not get it what you try to achieve with the bar chart. If you try to create a bar chart you will have a bar with a length that correspond to the value axis that you have. The rest of the space to the maximum of the value axis is transparent space. Could you please explain me what you need to do and I will try to help you?

If you try to achieve the output from the Bar-chart.png you need to create a stack chart with a series that will fill the rest of your value axis maximum that you need to calculate.
