Can't seem to find an answer on this.

Can a chart have a series tooltip showing, for example, the value?

Hello Darryl,

There are no tooltips in Telerik Reporting at this time, this info is available in the following forum thread.

Hi Darryl,

We just pointed out that it is not possible in the current version of the product, we never implied that this is a permanent state and we won't consider this for subsequent versions.

Yikes, Steve - that link (http://www.telerik.com/forums/known-limitations-of-telerik-reporting) is from 2008 - 7 years ago. You still don't have tooltips as an available action in the HTML5 rendering? Is it planned/scheduled??

Hello Michael,

Tooltips are media specific feature, which we consider having in some of the rendering mechanisms (the feature is not planned for development yet).
Thank you for the feedback provided in our feedback portal. Features are considered for implementation based on the demand for them.

Regards,
Stef
