The bar markers are auto-filled depending on the values of the open, high, low, and close mark values defined in the Graph.GraphSeries.OhlcMarks property.
The color of the bar can be controlled either in the Series.DataPointStyle.BackgroundColor or with conditional formatting through the Series.DataPointConditionalFormatting property.
I have attached a sample report with an OHLC graph with colorized bars, please check it out and let me know if you have any further questions.

I have created a new graph in the report with the data provided in your reply but the issue was not reproduced.
I have re-attached the report with the new graph so that you may use it for reference. I used the Candlestick graph wizard setting the OhlcMarks as shown in the second image and the graph loaded successfully so you shouldn't experience issues either if you use the wizard.
In case you need further assistance, please send me your report so that I may have a look at it.
If I understand correctly, you would like to add some kind of a mark to the High and Low points in the Candlestick graph, is that correct?
In order to do such a thing, you would need to introduce two line series graphs that use the same coordinate system as that of the OHLC series of the graph, as well as the same Series and Category grouping.
This is basically the approach explained in the Create a Graph Report Item with Column and Line Series - Telerik Reporting article, however, in order to illustrate it better, I have recorded a short video of how a Square marked line graph can be created on top of the OHLC series in order to display a square at the Low points. The approach is absolutely identical for the High points too.
I have attached the video and the modified report to my reply, please check them out and let me know if you have any further questions.
