I am experiencing a strange issue with the alignment of my chart. My development chart shows up as expected, however when I deploy to my test server it throws it off. See attached screenshots. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alex,
Could you please check if both of the charts are rendered in the same mode of the browser - is it possible that you render your test chart in the Compatibility Mode? In case that the problem does not occurs for such reason, I will need a runnable project that will be examined in details - this way I will be able to assist you further.
