I have a Kendo Grid that is grouped. The groups are sorted by default in ASC order using the value of the Group column specified. Is there a way to arrange the groups in a different order (a different column)? In my case i have an extra column in my datasource called Group Order of type int, i've tryied using Sort() by that column and it does not work.
My other alternative was to group by the Group Order instead and change the ClientGroupHeaderTemplate to use my original group name in the header, but apparently the only value i can stick in the ClientGroupHeaderTemplate is #=value# which display the value of the group order (not name) or aggregate values.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?
