hi,
I downloaded the new version of Telerik  controls -RadControls_for_WPF_2010_1_0422,
and lot of things have changed like colors and other Properties.
I want to use the new version but to stay with my old design.
I used 'SummerTheme' in the last version and now it's not in the same colors.
thanx.

Hi Jerel,

I could still open the pages that my colleague has shared. Or you have something else in mind?

Best wishes,

When I try to follow the RadControls for WPF - Modifying a Built-In Theme link, I go to an Error page instead of an article. There are examples of Modifyin the Built in theme with Silverlight, however these examples are incompatible with WPF. I have tried to modify the Themes, within Blend, however they make reference to Telerik.Windows.Controls.External namespace that isn't visible to blend. Also, the themes Solution just contains the Resources files, and not the theme class, so referencing the DLL that is generate it not enough. I was hoping for a nice solid example of being able to modify an existing WPF theme, so I don't have to reconstruct the entire theme without the externals reference.

Hello Jerel,

You may use the following forum threads for further info and sample project that demonstrates  how this can be achieved:

"How Can I Create a Custom Theme for WPF application?"
                                                            "Theme editing - how?"

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,
