Hi Sue,

The default layout view can be easily changed from 100% to ole Page from the Properties pane of the report viewer. You only have to set the ZoomMode to FullPage.
The attached picture demonstrates the solution. More information can be found in the ReportViewer.ZoomMode Property article.
