There is no out of the box way to do what you request. The Silverlight report viewer is a template and can be modified to better suit your needs (see Creating Style in Expression Blend help article). General information on styling templated controls is available in the Styling a control that supports templates MSDN article.) Another option is to create custom viewer that would match best your requirements (see sample in this blog post).
