Can I attach event to piechart area click

    Hi, I would like to show relevant expanded data in a grid when user clicks on pie chart. Does charts provide any built in client events that get raised when chart area is clicked or do I have to hook it manually in jquery.

    this is really useful functionality, i have same situation where i expect to attach a click event. can any one from kendo team confirm whether this can be doable ?

    Yes there is a built in event that handles clicking on different pie chart areas - seriesClick. You can find more detailed information in the Documentation on this topic or check out the Demo about charts events.
