Buttons on listview for navigation left right

I need help with achieving buttons on listview for navigation listview item left right like example in the picture. Can anyone help please.

Thank you for the provided picture.

Let me start with that the control used for the Overview view of our Telerik UI for WPF Demo application is a RadTileList control with a custom ControlTemplate for its ScrollViewer. For your convenience, I have isolated it in a standalone project. The custom template of the ScrollViewer is located in the App.xaml file.

Hope this project will work for you. When you run the project add more items to the controls from the button below so that the RepeatButtons to appear.
