Trying to figure out a good strategy for building similar GUI to this.

The main target in this case is actually Android Tablets but both would work.
My main headache is how to layout items within one view so they stack as nicely as in this example. I would like to mix Charts with lists etc.
I suspect it would be easier with Web but then I can't really make native app out of it, can I?
All ideas are welcome.

Do you have this as a sample somewhere? It would be great to have something like this as a reference app for both Tablet and Mobile. Please do that.

Taking this one step further. Is there some kind of compatibility list where you can see
which web items work in mobile and which breaks. Just to clarify, I mean if they break when going native so to speak.
Also please consider hiring some community managers, these forums could benefit from some more traffic :).
