[Bug Report] Close button on window

The close button on window, has an error when I click that. It bring me to the head of page with # in URL. But that doesn't happen when I use close() method.

Hi Hoang,

Can you reproduce this with the following example: https://dojo.telerik.com/@bratanov/EPogiQED? It seems to work fine for me, so if comparing the problematic instance against it does not help, can you modify it to showcase the problem so I can investigate?
