Hi Matjaz,
In such scenarios it is recommended to disable the page scrollbars (overflow:hidden) and this is demonstrated in the documentation.

This does not answer my question why splitter shrink. This should not happen and I need a solid fix.

Hi Matjaz,
The Splitter shrinks, because of intermittent display of page scrollbars by the browser. And these are displayed because the Splitter sizes its panes before positioning them, which in certain scenarios leads to content overflow. The issue is now fixed.
