Can you please clarify to what exact Border element do you refer? If it is possible for you, can you please also attach an image that demonstrates what you are trying to achieve?

Hi stefan, in a theme enabled/applet telerik wpf application, <Border> element around anything iş not being displayed. I think theme does bot apply to Border element.

Our themes are designed to work mainly with the components in the suite, rather than with all standard MS controls provided by the framework. The topic is discussed in details in the Setting a Theme on MS Controls article. Can you please take a look at it?
