Blank report on a particular Client PC

Hi, I use reportviewer in a web project. I have 2 client PCs accessing this report.

On one PC, the report viewer shows "Generating " and then the wordings disappears and blank page appear. While on the other PC the report data comes out fine. Hence I dont suspect anything wrong with the program codes.  Both are using IE of the same version. Any ideas what are the possible causes or checks that I should conduct?

Hello cwk,

You can start with resetting the client's browser settings to the default one. If it does not help, you can use an http proxy like Fiddler to see what requests are sent and received to determine what might be the issue. Alternatively, you can try with a different browser (e.g. Firefox), in case the user has some strict Firewall policies applied.

I try setting to default, no improvement. Then proceed to clear cache, delete temporary files. Reboot and it works!
