Being a JavaScript library, the KendoUI is not coupled to any server-side technology.  Thus, picking up such will be matter of personal preferences, skill level and familiarity with the given technology, available resources, business scenario and requirement to name a few. This however, falls outside of the scope of our support, nor we are eligible to suggest one without in-depth knowledge about your domain, company and various other factors. Therefore, I suggest you to do a research base opinions of the your IT department, people who will work on the project and the business people involved.
